I have a strong passion for health and fitness which I strive to promote in and out of work. My goal is to get people move through one-on-one and group exercise settings. I combine fun exercises with both physical and mental push-ups. I specialize in the foundational human movements with flexibility, mobility and core exercises. Additionally, I focus on nutritious food plans to feel nourished and alive. I hope to inspire others and help them to become the best version of themselves!
