New Year Reset - Women's Wellness Retreat is a weekend dedicated to helping women to create time for themselves, to discover what brings them alive, and to learn new ways to take care of themselves on day-to-day basis. This event is for women who are ready to connect with their bodies and hearts, and let go of their limiting beliefs that keep them from creating the life they want and have some fun through movement, nutrition, hiking and connections with others. You will learn to listen to your body, have time to self-reflect, grow your knowledge in your own health and receive tools to implement into everyday life. Whatever phase of life you are in, this fun weekend will inspire you to level yourself up!
What you need to know: New Year Reset - Women's Wellness Retreat includes breakfast, lunch and dinner from Friday dinner to Monday brunch. Delicious whole food meals are available, cooking demos and healthy recipes and tips will be shared. Please notify Veera of any food allergies or sensitivities. The event will be in a beautiful, intimate house with gorgeous back yard. 2 people will share the same bedroom and bed (optional to stay elsewhere than on site). Participants will bring their own yoga mats. Activities mainly take place inside. No previous yoga, Pilates, fitness experience is necessary to participate. Hiking in nature will be one activity so bring your sneakers.

What to expect: This retreat is led by Veera Korjala, master personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, coach, expat and mentor who will bring all her gifts together to empower you to take care of yourself. With the combination of her own personal experiences and vast education background on health and fitness industry, she teaches and leads from a place of care, humor, and connection. This retreat will give you the encouragement to let go of things that hold you back and inspire you to create the life that you want!
