How Movement Training Works?
You're your own gym. I believe that when the muscles around your spine and pelvis are okay, you are okay. Therefore, strengthening the core, creating more flexibility in the body by increasing the range of movement in joints and length in muscles are the building blocks of one’s practice. As a result, people are able to move through fundamental human movements without aches and pains, and efficiently strengthen the targeted areas. Whether you have previous experience in exercise or not, I will get you started. I will create a program for you that will take you towards your goals one step at the time.
Nutrition and Exercise Go Hand-in-Hand
All my programs include both nutritional plan as well as a workout program. I form personalized easy-to-follow nutritional plans where more nutritious and anti-inflammatory foods are heavily increased. I used to focus only on movement but ever since I started pay more attention to my nutrition, I saw a positive change in my well-being, exercise performance and feel absolutely so much better. I help people to add more nutritious dense foods and decrease the amount of empty calories that are easily consumed through our everyday nutrition.
