Welcome to the launch of my first blog post! My name is Veera and I am so excited to share with you MORE of what VekeFitness has to offer! The amount of ideas, how-to’s and inspiration whirling around in my head is ready to jump out. I wanted to start by telling you why I created this blog and what you will be seeing more of in my posts.
Up until a few months ago did I truly know what a “blog” was. I never clicked on blog links, I never understood why people wrote blogs, I just thought it was a waste of time to even look into it. How wrong I was. After researching, I become consumed with inspiration to start a blog for VekeFitness. I have finally realized all of the benefits that blogging can bring.
Health, exercise, nutrition and personal growth will be the main topics of my blog, but get ready because you will be seeing much more of the face behind VekeFitness (me). I will post about things that I believe can help and benefit you on your journey for optimal health and well-being. Writing has never been a strong suite of mine and I am no expert on any of this. I figure it will be a lot of trial and error so please bear with me. Please feel free to always share your advice and communicate with me along the way. Like I say to my clients and on my exercise classes, the more you communicate and and engage the more I can help you. I hope to inspire you because truthfully, you all inspire me and I am so looking forward to bringing you more tips in your journeys for better health & well-being.
